Join us for a community dinner with Senator David Shoebridge, and our candidate for Farrer, Richard Hendrie
In turbulent times, it can be challenging to hold on to hope. After the hottest year on record, and amid the distressing growth of the far right overseas and here in Australia, progressive people coming together at a local level is more important than ever.
Senator David Shoebridge is a tireless and highly regarded voice for peace, human rights, public accountability and climate action in the federal Parliament. He is the current Australian Greens spokesperson for Justice, Defence and Veterans Affairs, Digital Rights, Home Affairs, Multicultural Affairs, Immigration and Citizenship.
This event is being hosted by the Albury Greens and Albury Citizen of the Year, our Greens candidate for Farrer, Richard Hendrie. You do not need to be a Greens member to attend - anyone interested in a fairer and more sustainable future is very welcome to join us. Please bring a friend and feel free to share this invitation.
This is a free event with food and drink available to purchase. The venue is fully ramped and has accessible toilets, though we’d note that the somewhat narrow entrance and left-hand turn may be a challenge for wider mobility aids.

If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to contact the event organiser directly to let them know there will be someone under 18 attending.
