As a result of David Shoebridge’s transition from the NSW Upper House to the Federal Senate, a statewide preselection is underway to select his replacement in the NSW Legislative Council.

This Candidate Forum is your opportunity to hear the views and positions of the candidates. The candidates are listed below, and their candidate statements are available on the Preselection Webpage.

The forum will be held via Zoom at 2PM on 5 February 2022.

Each candidate will speak for up to five minutes, followed by a five minute response to a political scenario that they will see only 30 minutes beforehand. There will then be twenty minutes of Questions and Answers.
