Join the Wentworth campaign team as we connect with locals in area about what issues matter to them most.
Doorknocking is a very effective way to connect with voters and change (or enthusiastically confirm) their voting intentions.
Its important that we get out there and talk to as many people as possible. We want to hear what they have to say and what they care about this election.
It's also fun!
We will meet outside the East Village Hotel, Liverpool St Darlinghurst (near corner of Palmer St).
If you have not doorknocked before don't worry! There will be a briefing at the start and we will make sure you are paired up with someone who is experienced so you can learn from them. No-one will be door-knocking alone..
Please wear a Greens shirt or badge if you have one, as well as bringing something for sun safety and wet weather.
We will have a debrief and food/drinks afterwards and hope you can stay to chat.
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to contact the event organiser directly to let them know there will be someone under 18 attending.
