Date and Time: Sunday the 8th of November from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
We will also have a social catch-up afterwards at Pep's Italian Ice (Clarke Street, Earlwood).

Where: We will be meeting at Earlwood Oval (the Spark Street entrance near the playground).
Make sure to bring adequate sun protection and some water.

• Easy Access: There's a clear, recognisable entry point with ample nearby street parking along Spark Street.

• Public Facilities: Direct access to council public toilets before we set off on our walk.

🗺️ What to Expect

• 3:00 PM — Briefing & Route Allocation: We’ll meet up, distribute flyer bundles, hand out map routes, and pair up newer volunteers with experienced campaigners.

• 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM — Letterboxing: Two hours of casual walking around neighbouring streets to deliver flyer packs to local households.

• 5:00 PM Onwards — Post-Action Social Catch-Up: After we finish our routes, we'll head down to Pep's Italian Ice on Clarke Street for a debrief. It's the perfect spot to relax with an Italian ice cream, dessert, or a cold drink and chat with fellow local members!
