We are so close to getting Greens on council for the first time! We want to keep getting out there in Blacktown, getting to know the community and building the Greens movement in Western Sydney.

Doorknocking is one of the most effective campaigning tactics we have at our disposal as it gives us the opportunity to talk to the local community face to face, allowing us to have more meaningful conversations. It is the best way to change someone’s vote and so it’s very important that we get out there and talk to as many voters as possible.

We will meet at Golden Grove Park, Kings Langley.

• If you have not doorknocked before that is okay! This doorknock is beginner friendly, open to non-members and no prior knowledge is needed. A brief training session and script will be provided at the start. We will also have experienced doorknockers there to pair you up with so you can learn from them.

• Materials such as a clipboard, script and flyers will be provided. Bring something for sun safety and wet weather, however we will have a limited number of ponchos and umbrellas to provide just in case.

This event is fully wheelchair accessible.
